Delivery & payment

We deliver anywhere in Paphos for a flat €3, whatever the size of the order. The delivery options for your address and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

After you order, we call you to arrange the delivery.

• Cash on delivery: pay in cash when your order arrives.
• Card: pay online on Viva’s secure payment page (Visa, Mastercard and more). Your card details go straight to Viva; we never see or store them.

Prefer to see it first? Visit our store on Nikolaou Nikolaidi Avenue 10 in Paphos, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 09:00 to 15:00.

• You can cancel an order on the same day you placed it.
• To return a product, email your request to telebank@spidernet.com.cy within 15 days of receiving it. Products must be in excellent condition, with all their parts, in sealed packaging.
• You pay the return shipping, unless the product is faulty. Faulty products are replaced at our cost.
